Choo Choo Parts offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with any product (except gas powered equipment) you ordered from us, simply return it in new, unused condition, in the original packaging - within 30 days for replacement or refund.

All returned item(s) are required to have a Return Authorization, and are subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping Charges on returned items are not refundable.

How long after I order can I return an item?
Most items may be returned within 30 days of your original order date. You must first Contact Us to obtain a Return Authorization number and include it with your return.

How can I return an item?
To return an item to Choo Choo Parts for credit, Contact us within 30 days of your original order date to request a Return Authorization. Choo Choo Parts requires a Return Authorization to ensure your return credit is processed in an accurate and timely manner. See also "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" above.

Which items are eligible for return?
Many items may be returned within 30 days of the order date. Some items require special handling for a return while others are non-returnable. Attention: Before an item can be returned to Choo Choo Parts you must first request a Return Authorization. Contact Us to request a Return Authorization. Which items are non-returnable?
These are items that are considered non returnable and will be sent back to you at your expense if received by us:

  • Any item that was not purchased from choochooparts.com.

  • Any item previously installed or used.

  • Any item that is returned incomplete - without all of its original packaging, attachments or accessories, including the original retail box and all other items originally included with the item.

  • Any item that is broken or damaged after 72 hours of receipt.

Attention: ALL items returned to Choo Choo Parts must be new, unused, complete, package outside must be marked with a valid RMA number, and less than 30 days from original order date. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Choo Choo Parts reserves the right to reject any return or assess a 15% restocking charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items, and items with limited returnability:

  • Engines & Short Blocks (non-returnable)

  • Large, Heavy items (ie. Baggers, Mower Decks, etc) (non-returnable)

  • Electrical Items (limited returnability)*

  • Manuals & Publications (non-returnable)

  • Gaskets & Seals (non-returnable)

  • Liquids, Sprays, Solvents (non-returnable)

  • Gas Powered Equipment (non-returnable)

If your items are in any of the categories above, please take a moment to call Choo Choo Parts Customer Care at (855) 659-1718 BEFORE placing an order. We can assist you, in order to guarantee that you will receive the correct product every time.

* Electrical items may sometimes be eligible for exchange only. Depending on your situation, Choo Choo Parts may allow you to exchange new unused electrical items, that just may have been ordered incorrectly; items that will be returned and exchanged for the correct item. Shipping charges on exchanged items are solely the customers responsibility.

Can I cancel an order?
Some orders are transmitted directly to the supplier to expedite order processing. Once an order is placed it can rarely be cancelled, altered or modified in any way.

If you make an error on your order call Choo Choo Parts Customer Care at (855) 659-1718 right away, and we can determine how best to help you. Also, certain items may be returned within 30 days of the order date with a Return Authorization. Some items require special handling or may be non-returnable.

Do I need to pay shipping when returning an item?
Yes. You are responsible for the return shipping expense when returning an item to Choo Choo Parts. As a service to our customers, we sometimes can provide return labels (for a fee) as part of the Return Authorization process on most authorized returns.

The return shipping label fee will appear as a separate charge to your account at the time the Return Authorization is issued. UPS Return labels are not available for returns from outside of the USA. Customers in those areas may be provided a Return Authorization number, but will assume responsibility for returning the package to us.

Can I return an item without a Return Authorization number?
No. A Return Authorization is required on all Choo Choo Parts returns. Any return received without a Return Authorization is at your own risk and Choo Choo Parts assumes no responsibility or liability for the item(s); these items may be shipped back to you at your expense or disposed of at our discretion.

How do I request a Return Authorization number?
To return an item to Choo Choo Parts for credit, Choo Choo Parts Customer Care at (855) 659-1718 within 30 days of the order date to request a Return Authorization. Choo Choo Parts requires a Return Authorization on all eligible returns to ensure your return credit is processed in an accurate and timely manner. See also "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" above.

How will I be charged for the Return Shipping Label?
The charge for the UPS / USPS return label will be charged to the credit card obtained at the time the Return Authorization number is issued, and will appear as a separate charge from your item refund or credit.

Will I receive my credit if I return an item without a return authorization?
No. A Return Authorization is required for all Choo Choo Parts returns and a return credit cannot be processed without one. Choo Choo Parts assumes no responsibility, or liability for items returned without the appropriate authorization. Call Choo Choo Parts Customer Care at (855) 659-1718 to request a Return Authorization FIRST.
